Can I just select individual items instead of doing the whole quote?
What is included in your $99 inspection?
Our inspection covers us identifying the cause of the leak reported, a full check of the roof of any maintenance needing attention and a quote with the best solution.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No, we only need access to the roof so long as you let us know the area to focus on if a leak is present and you are happy for us to be on the roof while no one is home we can do the inspection.
What happens if it rains on my booking date?
If it rains we are unable to attend as it is unsafe to be on a roof when wet. We will contact you to arrange the soonest date for your booking.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card online, direct bank transfer or eftpos.
Can I split the job onto different dates?
Yes you can do sections of the quote and postpone other sections to a later date if you choose to.
What if I don’t understand my quote?
We can arrange a phone call to discuss the details to ensure you understand your quote. We also have more information on our services page.
